Washington Chamber Orchestra’s Concert Cycle II features Hieyon Choi, piano professor at the Peabody Conservatory, performing Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No. 1. Fresh from completing an acclaimed recording of Beethoven’s 32 Piano Sonatas, Choi brings clarity, elegance, and stylistic insight to this radiant early concerto.

The program opens with Beethoven’s Symphony No. 4, a luminous and spirited work filled with lyrical warmth and playful energy.
